Safety Testing & Repair

We offer a full repair service for stainless steel cryogenic liquid storage vessels with a hire service to replace your storage vessel while it is being repaired. So, as we bring your container back to life, you can continue to work efficiently and safely.

Free Inspection and Report

Following a free inspection of your cryogenic vessel at our premises, a report detailing condition, faults and any additional replacement parts needed to bring your vessel to working specification will be submitted together with a costing for the repair work.

All repair work undertaken is guaranteed for one year from date of dispatch.

We also carry out repairs or full refurbishment on any make of stainless steel vessels including non-pressurised, such as biological refrigerators.

Cryogenic Vessel Testing and Safety Certification

An additional service of testing and certification of pressure vessels in compliance with the Health and Safety Regulations is offered for your cryogenic vessels.

Vessel Repair Process 

Equipment returned for inspection or repair must be properly packed, marked for careful handling and transported to avoid damage. Cryogenic vessels must be kept upright at all times. (Your equipment must not be sent without the prior agreement.)

Pressure Equipment Directive

Since the introduction of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) a new emphasis has been placed on Safety and Certification of pressurised cryogenic storage vessels.

An important part of our work is to help customers comply with current legislation by determining the certification of a vessel and then appropriately repair, test and re-certify your cryogenic equipment to meet current legal requirements.
